Built through reconstruction, texture, and layered craftsmanship, the Drift Weave Denim Jacket draws from the shifting surfaces of drifting polar ice and mountain formations shaped by time and movement. Crafted using repurposed denim, the piece reflects CitizenEarth’s approach to circular design - transforming existing materials into sculptural contemporary form.

Triangular three-tone panel work across the body mirrors the sharp silhouettes of polar mountain ridges emerging through ice and snow, while varying denim tones move between deep ocean blues and softened glacial fades inspired by the atmosphere of the polar regions. The clean straight placket brings structure and balance to the silhouette, allowing the intricate detailing to remain the focal point of the piece. The highlight of the piece are the sleeves, which are fully constructed through woven denim strips in multiple shades of blue, creating texture and dimension reminiscent of layered ice formations and drifting frozen terrain. This technique introduces a sense of movement throughout the garment - echoing the way glaciers fracture, overlap, and evolve beneath polar light.
